The world in which we live is very complex and its dynamics is beyond the comprehension of mankind. I have
come to learn many years ago that society, family, friends and foes imposes insults that must be borne. One must always console
himself by the knowledge that in this world there comes a time when the most humble of men, if he keeps his eyes open, can
take his revenge on the most powerful. I believe that such knowledge prevent a person from losing humility.
Many friends knew me as a "radical" and some even called me a Leftist. But, over the years, I have read and
seen a lot to have made tremendous changes in my life. All those bad and radical behaviours are all vanity... it is like chasing
the wind. It isn't worth a penny!!!
DONT AVOID CONFLICTS. IF YOU FEEL STRONGLY ABOUT SOMETHING, FACE IT HEAD ON.
EXPLAIN YOUR SIDE OF THE ISSUE WITHOUT GETTING NASTY OR ATTACKING THE OTHER PERSON. STAY CALM BUT BE PERSISTANT
DON'T TAKE "NO" FOR AN ANSWER AT THE BEGINNING. CONSIDER "NO" AS THE OTHER
PERSON OPENING BARGAINING POSITION
LEARN TO SAY "NO" YOURSELF. MANY PEOPLE WILL ACCEPT IT
MAKE OTHERS TO LIVE BY THEIR OWN RULES
GET THE OTHER PERSON TO SEE THINGS FROM YOUR POINT OF VIEW. ASK THEM HOW THEY FEEL IN YOUR POSITION.
IF YOU ARE DEALING WITH SOMEONE IN BUSINESS OR GOVERNMENT, GO OVER THE PERSON HEAD IF YOU HAVE TO;
PUT OUTSIDE PRESSURE ON THAT PERSON
NEVER MAKE EXPLICIT THREATS: AN UNSTATED THREAT SCARES PEOPLE MOST.
DON'T BRING OUT THE BIG GUNS RIGHT AWAY. START SMALL AND ESCALATE SLOWLY. YOU MAY GET WHAT YOU WANT RIGHT
AWAY.
FOCUS ON A PROBLEM SOLVING APPROACH ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT TO MAINTAIN A RELATIONSHIP WITH THE PERSON.
NEVER MAKE DECISIONS ON EMPTY STOMACH.
